I raised this bug on behalf of a different bug from an internal user (not external customer). I'm trying to clarify, but that user may be trying to netboot 14.04.3 ppc64le full iso and fails because the full iso doesn't have the bnx2x driver. The mini iso has the bnx2x driver but it's uplevel from 14.04.3 ga. Is a mini.iso for 14.04.3 ppc64le GA available for download?
