Additional note - the problem happens every second i.e.
boot - suspend - resume - no WiFi/Bluetooth
enable via rfkill - suspend - resume - OK
suspend - resume - no WiFi/Bluetooth
etc
Also not only wireless but also Bluetooth gets disabled
