Public bug reported:

When you try to report a bug using ubuntu-bug, it collects the
information as usual, but when you press send it opens Google Chrome as
an empty, default window.

How to reproduce:
1. Install google chrome from
https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html
2. Open it by running google-chrome-stable
3. When asked, set it as the default browser
4. Run ubuntu-bug, let it collect information and press send

Expected results: Launchpad with a prepared bug report will be opened

Actual results: An empty browser window will be opened

Terminal output:
fredrik@fredrik-laptop:~$ ubuntu-bug unity
Gtk-Message: GtkDialog mapped without a transient parent. This is discouraged.
fredrik@fredrik-laptop:~$ Created new window in existing browser session.

** Affects: apport (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
