Problem Description:

The sda and sdc are JBOD format. When using iprconfig to reformat them to RAID
format the iprconfig command exits to the OS with a segmentation fault and
return code 139.

I have patch ready for the fix. I can put iprconfig prototype on your
system. I got the following error when I tried to ssh into your system.
