Please merge 1.2.21-2/sid/debian into xenial/ubuntu.
My goal is to bring Ubuntu packaging more closely aligned with the
Debian packaging in order to make merges in the future much less
painful. In addition this will make sending patches back to Debian
easier. Because the changes are very substantial, I'd like review and
feedback as much as possible before uploading.
