With silo 9 installed (background playlist fixes) and the new music-app
development branch installed, add a single track to the play queue and
then toggle the loop status to be looping over the entire playlist does
not enable the previous and next buttons as it should. They are only
updated after revealing the indicator, rolling it up, and revealing it a
second time. This seems like it's not subscribing to the loop status
changed event for the active MPRIS player instance.
