Public bug reported:
In Hyper-V I can NEITHER install lubuntu 14.0.4.3 nor upgrade to it.
14.0.4 works fine but after upgrading I get nothing but a black screen
after grub.
The installer for 14.0.4.3 also crashes when trying to install it.
Tried both SCSI/IDE disks in hyper-V, both vhd and vhdx. tried legacy
network adapter. the VM is Gen1
