* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes: (LP: #1520527)
- pbuilderrc, debian/pbuilder.config, debian/po/*:
Set default archive mirror to "archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu"
(sed the value inside rules file)
- Remove --keyring override from default pbuilderrc
- Set default distribution to "xenial"
