Upgrading from 15.05 to 15.10 through the Distribution Upgrade menu
results in a pop up with the following pop-up:
Title: Could not install
'/var/cache/apt/archives/humanity-icon-theme_0.6.10_all.deb'
Subtitle: The upgrade will continue but the
'/var/cache/apt/archives/humanity-icon-theme_0.6.10_all.deb' package may not be
in a working state. Please consider submitting a bug report about it.
Detail message: unable to stat
'./usr/share/icons/Humanity/status/24/audio-volume-zero-panel.svg' (which I was
about to install): Input/output error
Closing the pop-up results in the Distribution Upgrade hanging.
I can't copy the the terminal ouput on the Distribution Upgrade menu. I
can't take a screenshot of it (the screenshot app is not working). I
also can't close the Distribution Upgrade menu.
