Public bug reported:

qemu-system-x86_64 -hda ubuntu-sda.img -cdrom ubuntu-15.10-desktop-
amd64.iso

Where ubuntu-sda.img is 8 GB file filled with zeros, and iso is the
Ubuntu iso

It starts booting, shows the pink image (from boot loader?) then
switches to text mode and after few seconds it crashes each time.

The KVM is run on Debian 8 amd64.
