I've verified latest wily kernel, it fix this problem.
$ uname -rv
4.2.0-19-generic #23-Ubuntu SMP Wed Nov 11 11:39:30 UTC 2015
$ uptime
07:43:26 up 11:42, 10 users, load average: 0.27, 0.11, 0.08
$ lsmod | grep e1000
e1000e 237568 0
ptp 20480 1 e1000e
