STEPS:
1. Navigate to the apps scope
2. Tap on all
3. Change this to any other category
4. Tap on that and got back to all
EXPECTED:
I expect the system to now look like it did before
ACTUAL:
The apps title is missing and the top line of the lower apps is now pressed up
against the bottom of the divider. Refreshing doesn't bring it back either
only reboot.
