Public bug reported:
pdfpc (aka pdf-presenter-console) does not start full screen. Since
Ubuntu 15.10, the console opens in a windows of the size of the screen.
The various margins (windows decoration, screen heading, etc.) then push
the widow partially off-screen, hiding the clock and making pdfpc
basically useless.
