Public bug reported:

The packaged version of /usr/share/icinga2/include/plugins-
contrib.d/ipmi.conf mentions an option -D (“Change the protocol LAN
version”) but the packaged version of
/usr/lib/nagios/plugins/check_ipmi_sensor does not accept or recognize
any such option.

According to #Icinga “packaging included the version from upstream
unpatched”. Most likely there is some conflict of source/version for the
packaged version of check_ipmi_sensor.
