Public bug reported:

Button off and standby are close and it is off press the standby mode, the 
system without confirmation goes to him.
I'm sure that standby mode should have a confirmation dialog, same as for off.
The best way is to remove standby from the menu and add a button to the 
shutdown dialog-restarting the PC, i.e. to make the dialogue 
shutdown-restart-standby.
