I am seeing the same as well, including the observation in comment #18. Fedora 22 and 23 both display the problem, 22 is using NVIDIA 340 driver, 23 is using nouveau. Also my F22 and F23 virtual box machines have no problem at all. All systems are current updates against the base and updates repositories, no testing repo's.
