Public bug reported:
1st) laptop-mode-tools deactivates usb devices after a few seconds of
inactivity. This makes input with usb keyboard and mouse a nuisance, as
the first keys are gobbled. Prolonging the time before deactivation from
a few seconds to a couple of minutes would be reasonable.
2nd) Unchecking the box "Enable module usb-autosuspend" with lmt-config-
gui and restarting laptop-mode with "/etc/init.d/laptop-mode restart"
did not solve the problem. I had to remove the laptop-mode-tools and
reboot to get rid of the problem.
3rd) Laptop mode is active irrespectively if AC-power is plugged in or
not. Laptop mode should not be active on default if AC-power is present.
4th) lmt-config-gui cannot be terminated with CTRL-C when invoked from
the command line.
