Fix committed in
http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ltsp-upstream/ltsp/ltsp-trunk/revision/2697.
I replaced "quiet splash" with "forcepae" so that we don't start plymouth
anymore; showing the boot messages is much more useful for netbooting than a
pretty ubuntu logo.
The ubuntu logo is shown too late anyway; and if we put it in the initramfs it
makes it a whole lot of MB bigger, so that it doesn't fit to get uncompressed
in 128 MB RAM clients anymore.
