I don't think *anything* should ever start at boot without user interaction. For tremulous, it should have a nice little GUI or something, and start it so it doesn't send to the master server (+set dedicated 1 (1 is lan, 2 net)). If someone wants it to run on-line, then they have to get more up to date stuff etc, so wouldn't want that package.
