I can confirm the behaviour, but only for Telegram. The Hello World app
is not affected by this on my phone. I cannot reproduce this behaviour
for Telegram on iOS—even though it's the same account.
So this does not point to ubuntu-push off the bat. We'll have to
investigate this further on Monday.
