I see that the synced version was removed again from -proposed due to
the suiteparse transition
(https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fop/+publishinghistory). Though I
have to admit I'm not sure what this means for fop, but I guess a new
sync will require someone to sort out the MIR requests.

(Also, just in case, I'm rather busy in the near future, so I don't know
when I will have time to look more look into this. Though, the main
point of work is probably the MIR, and I don't know whether I'll be able
to contribute much there either way.)
