As we don't support any profile yet you can use with the other phone
like OPP , FTP, ... the ability to connect with a phone-type bluetooth
device is currently disabled hardly in the settings app. This is not a
bug but a missing feature. Closing this one as there are bugs to support
the specific features for a phone-to-phone connection and as soon as the
first one lands we're going to allow phone-to-phone connections.
