I reproduced this bug with 2 different setups while doing a system upgrade
from Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS.
1) In software & updates - Updates - Notify me of a new Ubuntu version - For
any new version
2) run software updater, select upgrade

systemd-sysv and init fails to install, broken dependency causing more
packages not installed. And the system will not boot again.

If this particular action leads to problems, why not block the upgrade
in first place?
