They seem to be for a previous version, but we'll keep an eye on it.

Are we missing some files or support for something?

They come from the evolution-data-server-online-accounts package, which
is usually brought in as a recommends of evolution-data-server. I guess
you don't have one or the other installed, and we should probably think
about making the latter a dep of gnome-calendar.
