In Ubuntu Software Center 5.2.10 (Ubuntu 12.04) searching for "exif" (no quotes)
does not find:
Library and program to read and write meta information in multimedia files
libimage-exiftool-perl
Searching for "exift" or "exiftool" does find it. This made it
difficult to find it.
