After upgrading from 12.04 to 14.04, I find I cannot rate or review
packages using the Ubuntu Software Centre. If I attempt to rate a
package, I see a wait cursor that doesn't go away. If I attempt to
review one, a window opens, shows "Signing in..." and then "Failed to
log in". It offers no route to log in. I tried deleting ~/.config
/software-center but that didn't help.
