It's not difficult to install VirtualBox in Ubuntu. Following their
manual. all you need to do is to install DKMS and that drags in the
required dependencies. If taking the most current version from the
software-provider.

If taking the version from the Ubuntu-repositories, all dependencies
should be settled. – If NOT please consider reporting against the
relevant packages.
