Binary package hint: gnome-panel
Icon is like sound is turned off. When I click it says "No volume
control GStreamer plugins and/or devices found".
When I go to System -> preferences -> sound -> devices the default
(autodetect) doesn't work, but when I switch it to USB Audio it works (I
hear sound).
A tried fresh install of Edgy and Dapper , same problem. With Breezy the
applet worked properly.
The sound card is an edirol UA-25.
