I just again had 2.4GHz losing connection and this message from journalctl seems related:
`joulu 20 09:32:04 sedric kernel: wlp3s0: AP 30:5a:3a:68:92:70 changed bandwidth, new config is 2472 MHz, width 1 (2472/0 MHz)` I went away for a few minutes without doing anything and the connectivity had returned using it, but I haven't had any other device even having this disconnecting and taking minutes to reconnect and as said before, this doesn't do it on Windows 10. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1526683 Title: rtl8821ae has no connection on 5GHz networks and loses connection occassionally on 2.4 GHz networks requiring hardware button to be toggled twice for connection to be re-established To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1526683/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
