Public bug reported:
The "gfal2-plugin-rfio" is missing a dependency for the "libdpm1"
package. The library is loaded on runtime and can be switched. The
default configuration in "gfal2-plugin-rfio" is set up to use the
libdpm. Switching to the other library is not possible via package
management since it is not publicly available (only CERN intern). So
"libdpm1" should be a hard dependency.
