Hello, I have the same problem. I succeed to see the gwget extension in the Epiphany's extension menu by moving the files but the extension doesn't work.
I think the problem is that the gwget extension isn't compiled for the 2.20 version of Epiphany but for the 2.19 (wich explains why the files are in the 2.19 extension's directory).
