Scenario.
1. use my computer.with AC cable.
2. unplug it, all goes to powersafe mode but my screen don't reduce the
brightness
3. i reduce it manualy
4. plug the AC cable, all goes to powerfull mode but my screen don't increase
the brightness
It's a regression, it's working under Dapper
