sysconfig-hardware is missing from s390x server livecd squashfs builds
the intention is to always have it, similar to e.g. s390-tools, as
without s390-tools one doesn't have boot loader and without sysconf-
hardware the s390x specific hardware will not be brought up online on
boot (thus dropping user into busybox shell)
