Binary package hint: apport-gtk
Running latest edgy, apport-gtk 0.20, when a program crashes, the dialog
which appears steals focus. When you're typing away in another window
and you hit the spacebar at the wrong moment, you activate the OK button
on the just-created apport window, dismissing it instantly.
