Could not find gem 'rspec (~> 1.3.0) ruby' in any of the gem sources listed in
your Gemfile or available on this machine.
commandline:
sudo apt install ruby-open4
OS:
Ubuntu 15.10
the problem seems to be that open4 requires rspec 1.3.x and Wily
(15.10) has 3.3.x in the apt repository.
I know I could do a gem install on that version of rspec, but I'm trying
to only use apt to setup this machine.
hopefully this can be fixed before the LTS?

I'm using redmine with the wiki_external_filter extension that requires open4.
yes i could also do a bundle install, but I'm trying to only use apt.
