Public bug reported:
We have had numerous reports from the GCI students that the screen
reader gets stuck on. Once it is activated there is no way to turn it
off.
I was not able to reproduce in 16.04, however given the number of
reports of this, there does seem to be an issue, either it is limited to
14.04/15.10 or is specific to the live session somehow.
