Public bug reported:

This installation: Ubuntu Gutsy 7.10 beta.

First, many thanks for an excellent beta-release of Gutsy.

Add/Remove... app (gnome-app-install):

1) There is no reason what so ever to automatically quit and terminate
the Add/Remove... app after it has given an error message. I my case it
gives an error message because there's Synaptic working in the
background with daily-updates and it holds the apt's lock-file.
Add/Remove app reports an error and quits. Why it has to quit? Why not
just report the error and nicely sitt in the background and wait user's
next action.

2) Add/Remove app (gnome-app-install) does not have a menubar. It does
not comply with the GNOME's HIG (Human Interface Guidelines).

Hard to find any proper bugs.

** Affects: gnome-app-install (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
