I also have seen HTTP status 200 (OK), but QNetworkManager indicating 102 (QNetworkReply::ProxyConnectionClosedError). These errors do happen rarely, but I have seen them several times over two days, so we need to adjust our strategy for dealing with unexpected errors. A simple exponential back-off is probably the right thing.
