Public bug reported:

This bug seems to appear when using nVidia drivers. I already had this issue on
my working pc 2 years ago and now here on my laptop. It uses a nVidia GTX850M
graphics card (and has an Intel chipset (with integrated graphics)).
The bug is most noticable when scrolling in Firefox (or other software) or when
moving windows around.
