I normally use synaptic to install-deinstall software. When I open my computer offline the software updater notifies me about specific updates : yelp-xsl libcgmanager0 libcgmanager0:i386
Synaptic also indicates these packages as needed update. Even after I open the computer in a online enviroment (aka connected to Internet) the update manager continues to notify me for these updates.
