Public bug reported:

Please sync pynac 0.5.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Rename library packages for g++5 ABI transition.
  * Rename library packages for g++5 ABI transition.

in a few moments 0.5.4 will enter debian unstable (accepted a few seconds ago
from NEW queue)
and then be syncable in Ubuntu, thanks to the library rename.

Changelog entries since current xenial version 0.3.7-1ubuntu1:

pynac (0.5.0-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Updated to latest upstream.
  * Put the library package in section libs.
  * Changed the homepage, since it moved.
  * Added a build-dep on libgmp-dev.
