Public bug reported:
cinnamon-desktop-environment recommends installation of xchat as an IRC
client. xchat is no longer under active development, with the last
stable release occurring in 2010. hexchat is a look-alike and work-
alike replacement available from the ubuntu repositories, and is under
active development. hexchat should probably be recommended instead.
This is on Xubuntu "wily", for package cinnamon-desktop-environment
version 2.6.2.
