The launcher two taps to dismiss
What happened:
1) Swipe from left to right to show the launcher
2) Tap in the dimmed/shadow portion (right side) of the screen
3) Notice nothing happens, tap again and notice the launcher is dismissed.
What was expected:
At step 2 for the launcher to be dismissed
