1. Open System Settings.
2. Choose "Landscape Service".
3. Wait for 15 seconds.
What happens:
2. An "Authenticate" dialog appears.
3. The dialog closes by itself, and a notification bubble appears saying
"Authentication failed".
What should happen: either
2. you do not need to authenticate to access the settings panel at all, or
3. the dialog stays open until you cancel or authenticate.
