Public bug reported:

Whenever I have chromium open, lxtask manager shows a dozen or so
instances of 'chro' owned by root. This is not the correct owner. When I
use the command 'ps -ef | grep <PID>' for any of these process IDs, it
shows the correct owner, myself.
