System-setting is crashing or freezing after enable "Aircraft mode"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure that Wi-Fi is enabled and Aircraft Mode is disabled (I don't have
SIM card in the phone)
2. start System-settings
3. Enable Aircraft Mode
4. Switch to System settings:
Currently:
Application is freezing or crashing
Expected:
Application should not crash. In Updates check, it should notify user that not
network available.
** Affects: ubuntu-system-settings (Ubuntu)
