Add the nvme-cli package to Ubuntu repository. This is a set of tools
used with nvme adapters to perform serviceability functions to an nvme
adapter, such as adapter firmware update, device formatting, and
diagnostics.

You can get nvme-cli source code from the following git tree.

1. git clone https://github.com/linux-nvme/nvme-cli
2. cd nvme-cli; make; make install 

Let me know if you need binary package.
