Public bug reported:

versions:
 Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
Firefox: 43 and few older releases
I am from Slovakia and I use english and slovak keyboard. When I want to write
for example character "Ď", I need to push "ˇ" (button left to the backspace on
the standard keyboard) and next "D". And I can't in this case:
- using firefox
- switch to netbeans with ALT+TAB (after click in left unity menu it works
correctly)
- push "ˇ", push "D" - I get "D" and not "Ď"

This bug is affecting me every day, because my web developing process is
often "refresh in firefox" > "small change in netbeans and save" > back
to step 1.

Firefox is the only one application that is doing this. Even thunderbird
is OK. More (maybe all) java applications are affected, at least
Netbeans, Android Studio, Oracle SQL Developer.

I have tried it on 3 computers with ubuntu 14.04, firefox with and
without default settings. I have also tried firefox 28 (it is in
repository), there it worked correctly.
