Public bug reported:
Previously, when establishing a VPN connection, the "up-down arrow" icon
in the panel displayed a nice animation while connection establishment
was in progress. In Xenial, I no longer see that animation. Is this
intentional? (The VPN connection still is established just fine, it's
just that the animation is missing.)
