To reproduce on ubuntu-mate xenial in ubuntu-mate click software and the
gear for system tools. The try to install the package for scehcudled
tasks. An error dialog showing gnome schedule is not available.

I expected ubuntu mate welcome to install a package for scheduling tasks
instead I got an error message and no package installed. I don't think
this affects all packages as I was able to install synaptic succesfully.
